Direct customer privacy

Privacy policy.

A clear explanation of the personal data we use for direct enquiries, customers and the iPRESSED website.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how iPRESSED uses personal data when you visit ipressed.co.uk, contact us directly, or buy goods or services directly from us. It applies to direct iPRESSED enquiries and customer relationships, including account customers.

Our brand websites may have their own customer journeys, terms, privacy notices and cookie policies. The relevant brand website will identify the controller of the personal data it collects. Some brands may be part of, or managed by, iPRESSED; however, if you use a brand website or buy from it, please read the policies published on that website as they apply to that activity.

2. Who is responsible for your information

The iPRESSED legal entity named on your quotation, order confirmation, invoice or other direct contract is responsible for the personal data connected with that relationship. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that iPRESSED entity.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email us at hello@ipressed.co.uk. Please include enough information for us to identify the request and respond securely.

3. Brand website data

The controller and contact details for a brand website are set out in that brand's own privacy notice. Please contact that brand first with a query about how it has collected or used your personal data, including a rights request or complaint.

Where a brand asks iPRESSED to provide a service, fulfil work or give technical support, it may share the personal data needed for that purpose. We will use that information only as needed to provide the agreed service, meet legal obligations, or otherwise as permitted by applicable law. The role each party has in that processing depends on the particular service and is covered by the relevant agreement and privacy information.

If you have contacted a brand and still need help, you can contact iPRESSED at hello@ipressed.co.uk. We will try to assist, route your request to the right team or escalate it where appropriate. This support does not change the controller identified in the relevant brand policy.

4. Information we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

  • contact and business details, such as your name, company, role, email address, telephone number and delivery or billing address;
  • enquiry, project and order information, including the message you send us, quotations, specifications, correspondence, account references and delivery instructions;
  • payment and transaction information needed to administer a direct order, invoice or account; and
  • limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information and server logs, where this is needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.

We usually receive this information from you or from someone acting for your organisation. We may also receive it from a delivery contact, supplier, public business source or referral where that is relevant to an enquiry or order.

5. Why we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and prepare proposals or quotations;
  • accept, manage, produce, deliver and support direct orders and services;
  • administer accounts, payments, invoicing and our business records;
  • communicate about a project, order, service issue or complaint;
  • protect our website, systems, customers and business from misuse or security threats; and
  • meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations. If we ask for consent for a separate purpose, such as optional marketing, you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal data only where necessary. This may include colleagues and contractors who need it to support your enquiry or order; production, delivery, payment, hosting and IT service providers; and our professional advisers, insurers, regulators or public authorities where required.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. You can contact us for more information about the relevant provider and safeguard.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which we collected it, including resolving queries and supporting an order. We also retain records where required for legal, tax, accounting or regulatory reasons. Business accounting records are generally kept for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, and may be kept longer where the law requires it.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it. We may keep a limited record of a request or objection to make sure we respect it in future.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also object to direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Details are available at ico.org.uk.

9. Automated decisions, cookies and links

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our direct website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; read our Cookie Policy for details.

This website may link to other sites, including brand websites. They may collect information differently, so please check their policies before providing personal data. Contact the brand first with a question about its data use; if you still need support, iPRESSED will try to help route or escalate the query.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our data practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
