Direct customer terms

Terms & conditions.

These terms set out the basis on which iPRESSED supplies goods and services directly to customers, including account customers.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. When these terms apply

These terms apply when you buy goods or services directly from iPRESSED, including where you hold a trade or account customer arrangement with us. A quotation, order confirmation, invoice, specification or other written agreement may contain additional terms for your particular order. Where it does, that document takes priority if there is a difference.

If you buy from one of our brand websites, the terms, privacy notice and cookie policy published on that website apply to that purchase. Those brand-specific policies may differ from these direct-customer terms. These terms do not replace, extend or vary a brand website's policies unless we expressly agree that in writing for a particular order.

2. Quotations, orders and payment

Quotations are based on the brief, quantities, specification, artwork, delivery details and timings we have been given. Changes may affect the price and delivery date. We only accept an order once we confirm it in writing, begin the agreed work, or issue an order confirmation or invoice.

Payment is due as stated on the quotation, invoice or account agreement. We may pause work, production, delivery or the release of goods while sums due remain unpaid. Account customers remain responsible for ensuring that their purchase orders, billing references and delivery instructions are correct.

3. Artwork, proofs and customer materials

You are responsible for checking all supplied artwork, copy, spelling, dimensions, quantities, specifications and proofs before approval. Unless we have agreed a proofing service in writing, we do not routinely proofread or correct customer-supplied content.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any files, logos, images, data or instructions you provide. We may refuse material that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe or likely to infringe another person's rights.

4. Production, collection and delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed service in writing. Timings may depend on receiving payment, approved artwork, accurate information and any required sign-off by the agreed deadline. A delay caused by a courier, supplier, event access restriction, weather, industrial action or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect those estimates.

Where delivery is arranged, please make sure someone is available to receive the goods and that the address and contact details are correct. Risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to the agreed address, collected by you, or handed to your nominated carrier.

5. Checking goods and reporting an issue

Please inspect goods promptly on delivery or collection. Tell us about a defect, transit damage, shortage or other issue as soon as possible and, wherever practical, within 48 hours of receipt (or within two working days where that is later). Include your order reference, a clear description and photographs where available. Keep all packaging and the goods in a safe condition while we assess the issue.

Prompt notice helps us investigate, arrange a replacement where appropriate, and raise a timely claim with a carrier or supplier. This reporting request does not remove any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

Many of our goods are made to order, personalised or produced to your specification. We do not accept a return simply because those goods are no longer required, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If we ask you to return goods for inspection, they must be returned in accordance with our instructions before a refund can be issued, unless we confirm another arrangement in writing.

When an issue is verified, our first option may be to repair, replace or reprint the affected goods, where this is reasonable. A refund will only be considered once we have had a fair opportunity to inspect the goods and, where appropriate, provide that remedy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Event dates and consequential costs

We understand that goods are often ordered for launches, exhibitions, promotions and other time-sensitive events. You should allow reasonable contingency for approval, production, collection and delivery. If an order is late or cannot be used for its intended event, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential costs or losses, including venue, travel, staffing, third-party supplier, rebooking, advertising, event or lost-revenue costs.

Nothing in this section limits a remedy, refund or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

8. Our liability

Subject to the law, our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected goods or services. We are not liable for a loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete instructions, customer-supplied artwork or data, a failure to obtain permissions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

9. Contact and applicable law

Please contact us promptly if you have a question or complaint about an order. We will try to resolve matters fairly and efficiently. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is accepted applies to that order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
